Gabby is awesome! She was able to help us find our dream home quickly. She understood what we wanted and luckily was able to deliver everything we were looking for. She was available anytime, which was great due to our crazy work schedules. She was quick to respond to our emails and texts even in the middle of the night. She did a great job negotiating with the seller. There was a time we thought the seller was not going to budge but she made it happen. We had a wonderful experience with Gabby. She made everything easy for us.
We simply cannot say enough positive things about working with Gabby. She recently helped us purchase a house for a cross-country move, and the timeline of the move prevented us from ever visiting the house before we purchased it. Gabby went above and beyond to make sure we were more than satisfied with this "blind" purchase. She took the time to learn exactly what we wanted, and visited multiple houses for us, and provided pictures and video. She reported details that were not apparent in pictures, negotiated multiple offers, attended the home inspection on our behalf, etc. Her ability to manage our purchasing process as it depended on the sale of our previous house was superb, even when we had some delays on our sale. She was incredibly responsive at all times and even met us at the house the day we arrived with our keys and some wonderful housewarming gifts. All in all, an incredible experience!
Gabriela is wonderful to work with. She responded to my initial inquiry on a home I was wanting to look at with 1 minute of the request being sent. I was very surprised to receive such a quick response. My husband and I had very strict requirements that we needed to meet, in terms of price and location, in order to purchase a home. She made sure to send us new listings as they occurred as well as show us the homes we were interested in. Gabriela always responded to all of my inquiries throughout the home buying process, whether by email, text, or voice in a prompt manner. We were very impressed with her work ethic.
